We dispatch the COD order only after you have received a confirmation call or message by us. Please review correct mobile number when you place an order.
Processing Time
Orders placed on business days before 2pm will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email having tracking number.
Delivery Time
It usually takes 1~3 business days to deliver. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

Missed Delivery
If there is a chance you will not be home to receive your order, contact our Customer Care team at 0527454310 to reschedule delivery. If you have already missed the delivery appointment, an agent from our delivery partner will contact you by email or whatsapp to inform you of the missed delivery and will set a new time for another delivery.
Order Cancellation Policy

Return Policy
-Return or exchange:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return charges for shipping must be paid by you.
-Refund:
If you receive a damaged item, capture the photos of the product and whatsapp them to our customer service representative to this number 0527454310 within 24 hours. You will get the full refund or a new product.
